Dongyue Group shall be like a mountain. Because only the mountain is endowed with the property of open-mindedness, which makes it wind hundreds miles away even it is cloud-capped, and makes the cloud and mist incorporate with streams. Owing to this, the rocky Mount Tai, graceful Mount Huang, mist-covered Hengshan Mountain and fresh and cool Mount Emei can be formed; and only in this way, can these mountains boast countless towering peaks and mist-covered valleys, with green pines beside cliffs and waterfall over the sky; there would be no rivers without mountains, and if there were no rivers, oceans would have disappeared.
So long as one becomes a member of mountains, all peaks will connect closely like one to form a cohesive unity. Among mountains and valleys, all other peaks will take the highest one as the center to persistently and unnervingly purse a common goal with the same voice and request. Just because of this, there is the miraculous Himalayas, and there is the endless fountain extending in all directions.
Dongyue Group shall be like a mountain. The mountain has the most admired properties, which are the complex of going for high altitude and the great mind of absorbing talented ones and cultivating them. Just like a saying goes, "Mount Tai values every inch of its soil, so it has become enormous; oceans and rivers gather every branch of stream regardless of its size, so they have become extremely deep". Our company has set an ambitious goal just like Mount Tai’s, so we should not only open our arms to welcome talented people from all corners of the country, but we also should open our minds and become inclusive to let these people improve. Every one in a such atmosphere should get an improvement and an upgrade on personality. Instead of becoming a nobody, a mediocre guy or a straggler, everyone in Dongyue Group should be the competent one, because Dongyue’s development is dependent on the support and guarantee provided by a wide range of talents.
The old saying “Just like the sky, one should keep himself improved; just like the earth, one should develop a great virtue to become inclusive “has been perfectly interpreted by Dongyue’s spirit “pursuit of excellence and ceaseless self-improvement” and Dongyue’s moral philosophy “keep good faith; develop a great virtue to become inclusive”. The striving and unremitting spirit, and the open-minded and people-oriented thought are the essence of Dongyue’s development. We should unite in a concerted effort, regardless of individuals; and make more contributions, without selfishness. When we can turn something incredible and impossible into the things feasible and possible, then, Dongyue, this colossus will generate a tremendous power to overcome all obstacles, and be unstoppable, move forward and win a victory.
We also shall be like a mountain to make due contributions to the society and general public. As long as Dongyue's care for society and general public is omnipresent and endless, Dongyue will be eternal like a mountain, and every one in Dongyue will become eternal while making remarkable contributions to the society, and every one in Dongyue will be integrated into the society.
When Confucius got on the top of Dongshan Maintain, he could get a panoramic view of the Lu State, while when he stood on the peak of Mount Tai, he could get a glance of the whole world, and the view was tremendous.
